Overview
Durham Tourism works with industry stakeholders and local organizations to support the growth of the region’s economy through travel and tourism promotion. The 2019 Year in Review highlights Durham Tourism’s accomplishments, and communicates the value of supporting and developing tourism in Durham Region.
Goal
The 24-page report provides a snapshot of Durham Tourism’s collaborative work across the region. It clearly communicates the key metrics and major achievements throughout the year. Appealing infographics, photography, colours and messaging reinforces Durham Tourism’s brand.
What I Provided:
Accessibility
The document was created as an online accessible pdf. I worked collaboratively with the client and their accessibility coordinator to ensure the report was in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) Level AA.
